The new January Terror Threat Snapshot shows that terror groups, including ISIS, became more unpredictable and dangerous in 2016. There were 74 ISIS-linked plots against the West in 2016, more than 2014 and 2015 combined. More needs to be done to stop new plots and attacks against the West.
